Sanil Nepal, who has been approved by the parliamentary committee for the ambassador of Portugal, has presented an action plan to bring Portuguese football players to Nepal including one of the greatest player of all time Cristiano Ronaldo.
“I have a plan to bring Cristiano Ronaldo to Nepal. I have always had that in mind. We will also work together for climate change,” he added.
Presenting its action plan to the parliamentarians at the Parliamentary hearing committee meeting on Friday, Nepal presented an action plan to invite the Portuguese national football players to Nepal to play with Nepali players to show that the snow in the mountains is decreasing due to climate change in Nepal. He said that this will also improve the efficiency of Nepali players.
In addition, Ambassador Nepal, approved by the parliamentary committee, has also announced the action plan to bring tourists from Portugal to Goa in India to Nepal. He said that he would take initiatives to bring the Portuguese tourists who came to Goa from Portugal to enter Nepal under the slogan ‘From the sea to Mount Everest’. Stating that thousands of Portuguese tourists come to Goa, India every year, he said that he would take initiatives to bring those tourists into Nepal.
Similarly, he said that Portugal is excellent in using new technology in the agricultural sector and said that he will take initiatives to introduce the technology of agricultural production there to Nepal. In addition, Nepal has said that it will play an important role for the rights and interests of Nepalis in Portugal and service delivery.
